By using Team Media Hub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. Simple as that.
Team admins are responsible for managing their team's access and content. Parents and uploaders must only share appropriate, team-related media. Don't upload anything illegal, offensive, or unrelated to your team.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@teammediahub.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free teams get 10GB of storage. Paid plans (Plus: 50GB, Pro: 200GB) are billed monthly. If you exceed your storage limit, uploads will be blocked until you upgrade or free up space.
During early access, all teams have full access at no charge. When paid plans launch, early access users will be notified in advance and offered a special rate.
You own all media you upload. We don't claim any rights to your photos or videos. We store them securely and make them available only to your team members.
By uploading content, you grant Quiet Giant LLC a limited license to store and serve that content to your team members for the purpose of operating the Service.
Team admins who create teams are responsible for managing who has access via their team code. Do not share your team code publicly or with people who should not have access to your team's content.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We're not liable for data loss (though we back up regularly).
The Team Media Hub platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Quiet Giant LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Giant LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quiet Giant LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
