This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Team Media Hub collects only the information necessary to provide our service: your email address for authentication, team photos and videos you upload, and basic usage data to improve the platform.
Account information: Email address, display name, and a hashed password.
Media you upload: Photos and videos stored securely on AWS S3, accessible only to your team members.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and error logs — used only to improve the platform, never sold.
We use your data solely to operate Team Media Hub. Your photos and videos are private to your team — never shared publicly or used for advertising. We don't sell your data. Period.
All teams are private by default. Only members who have joined a team with its unique team code can view that team's photos and videos. We do not make team content publicly searchable or accessible.
Team admins are responsible for managing who has access to their team. If you believe someone has joined your team improperly, contact us immediately at support@teammediahub.co.
Team Media Hub is intended for team admins and parents/guardians of youth athletes. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children under 13. Media of minors may be uploaded by team admins and parents as part of normal team use — this content is private and accessible only to the team.
If you believe a child's information has been collected without parental consent, please contact us at support@teammediahub.co and we will promptly remove it.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and media will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
Media files are stored securely in AWS S3 with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to team members only via secure, time-limited URLs. All transfers use HTTPS. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized activity.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Team admins can export or delete team media through their dashboard. To exercise other rights (access, correction), email us at support@teammediahub.co.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the app. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
